I recently discovered for an Anon that Google Drive won't let download the files but I found the solution, by now.
Drive always shows this:
But if you click the Blue paper it does not do Anything, so instead of worry about it do this:
Log in, and then Sort by List at the Right Top, it is the only solution I can give by now, I'm making the list for Direct Links to the files, single I'd say :)

Hi, first I want to thank you for all of the downloads! Second, I figured out that the easiest way to get the download function to work is to make sure I was logged into my google account and then click the big blue [add to drive] button on the upper right corner of the page. Then click [go to drive]. For some reason if the files are listed as shared by you in my drive, they'll download right away. I hope that will help anyone else having troubles! ^_^
